Job Description
- Preparing, planning and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion.
- Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company's external PR agency to see them executed.
- Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
- Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
- Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
- Developing and implementing an internal marketing programme.
- Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.
- Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.
- Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies focused on financial gain and customer's satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
- Carryout advertising and promotional campaigns in all markets through social media and external relations on a daily basis.
- Converse with customers in person to provide information about the company's products and services on a daily basis..
- Submit weekly strategic marketing plans and execute the marketing plans holistically.
Requirements / Skills
- B.Sc / BA / ND / HND in Marketing or any relevant field.
- Proven experience as a marketing officer or similar role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
- A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and principles will be an added advantage.
- Must reside around Yaba and its environments.
