Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director at an Established Multinational Company

We are an Established Multinational Company based in plastic manufacturing with recent expansion into a new 35-hectare factory. We have remained prominent in the Nigerian market for more than 40 years and have gathered a portfolio of over 50 products having also recently acquired a vast range of new production machinery.

Our workforce surpasses 2000 people with an established market share across Nigeria. We are a company looking for a total organization restructure.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director

Job Description

• As the one of the highest-ranking executives in this organization your primary responsibility would be,to lead the company while making major decisions for the organization.

Other Duties Include:

• Developing business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and longterm business objectives
• Manage overall operations and make major decisions affecting the organization
• Manage the organizations resources
• Negotiate or approve agreements and contracts for the organization
• Act as the figurative head of the organization when communicating with the government entities and the general public
• Spearheading structural improvements to the company as well as company growth,
• Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company

Requirements
The ideal candidate must have:

• M.Sc / MA in Business Administration or relevant fields (Proof will be required)
• At least 10 years proven experience in company leadership with physical evidence of success
• Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
