Location: Lagos

Job Brief

• We are seeking for qualified applicants for our client, a major player in Real Estate sector. As a Sales Manager, you will contribute and develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote products sales and services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• B2B Sales & Marketing.
• Digital and Traditional marketing dynamics.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Requirements

• Proven 3-5 years as a sales executive / manager with sound understanding of; Real estate sales and marketing.
• Good communication skill.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and an excellent team player.
• B.Sc / M.Sc in Marketing or related field.
• Candidates must reside on the island only.
