Job Title: Sales Team Lead
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- The candidate would gain complete Product knowledge of their offerings. (If you don’t know your product, you can’t sell it)
- Meet monthly Sales Target
- Customer relationship Management
- Responsible for overseeing the efficient running and profitability of the organization
- Ensure customers are attended to in a courteous and friendly manner and swift resolution is given to their issues/complaints.
Qualifications
- A University Degree Or OND qualification in Management or Business related courses.
- 2 - 4 years of work experience.
- Experience in fashion retail, beauty business, or business.
- Customer-oriented.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have prior experience in sales or marketing
- Excellent listening, written, and oral communication skills
- Must have leadership skills, proficient with Microsoft Office Packages, and also social media savvy.
- Must be dependable, be a self-starter, and must have good administration and business skills
- Possess outstanding leadership and Sales skills.
Work Hours
- Shift Job (5/6 days a week).
Salary / Other Benefits
- N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
- Bonus
- Transport allowance
- Sales commission.
