SME Growth Hub - Our client, a fashion and clothing boutique, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Team Lead

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• The candidate would gain complete Product knowledge of their offerings. (If you don’t know your product, you can’t sell it)
• Meet monthly Sales Target
• Customer relationship Management
• Responsible for overseeing the efficient running and profitability of the organization
• Ensure customers are attended to in a courteous and friendly manner and swift resolution is given to their issues/complaints.

Qualifications

• A University Degree Or OND qualification in Management or Business related courses.
• 2 - 4 years of work experience.
• Experience in fashion retail, beauty business, or business.
• Customer-oriented.

Requirements:

• Candidate must have prior experience in sales or marketing
• Excellent listening, written, and oral communication skills
• Must have leadership skills, proficient with Microsoft Office Packages, and also social media savvy.
• Must be dependable, be a self-starter, and must have good administration and business skills
• Possess outstanding leadership and Sales skills.

Work Hours

• Shift Job (5/6 days a week).

Salary / Other Benefits

• N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
• Bonus
• Transport allowance
• Sales commission.
