Bukka Hut's mission is to be the restaurant of choice for lovers of Nigerian delicacies by providing quality meals in a healthy and clean environment with exceptional customer service delivery. We presently have 10 outlets across Lagos state with a presence on both Island and Mainland axis.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Bar Man

Location: Ogudu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
The key success criteria for this role are:

• Ensures food processing components meet Bukka Hut standards.
• Monitors critical control points during food processing.
• Implements quality and food safety systems, assessing and eliminating risks to customers.
• Carry out thorough checks at every point of production in the warehouse.
• Ensure food is processed under good manufacturing practices.
• Assists in other departmental duties.
• Identify and report process defects.
• Ensures compliance to Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a minimum of an OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification
• At least 1 - 3 years of work experience.

Salary

• NGN40,000 Monthly.
