Job Title: Bartender / Mixologist
Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Description
- Providing a positive and excellent guest experience
- Assess customers’needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Keeping a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of bar items
- Organising and maintaining the bar area neatly and decently to streamline drink preparation and inventory.
- Placing orders for liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies.
- Plan and present bar menus and inform customers about new beverages and specials
- Develop new cocktail recipes
- Take inventory, restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Reasonable working experience as a Bar tender / Mixologist
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Ability to prepare variety of cocktails
- Ability to assess customer preferences and making drink recommendations
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
- Relevant training certificate (if necessary)
- An eye for detail and understanding drink mixing tools and techniques
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.
