Nigerian Medicinal Plants Development Company (NMPDC) formerly Artemisin in Development Company (ADC) is a Company that is currently supervised by the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. The aim of the Government is to build the Company to a position that would attract investors through the Creation of Enabling Environment and Establishment of Structures. Job Description
- The successful Candidate will be responsible for the Management of the Nigeria Medicinal Plants Development Company (NMPDC) as well as implementation of the Company's Strategies, Projects and Programmes.
Eligibility Requirements/Condition
- Minimum of B.Sc or its equivalent from a recognized institution with not less than twenty years cognate experiences, Ten (10) years of which must be at a Senior Management Level in the Pharmaceutical industry.
- A recognized Qualification in Pharmacy with not less that fifteen (15) years cognate experience in Pharmaceutical Industry. (10) years of which must be at management Level.
- The Candidate must possess excellent management, communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Computer Skills including high proficiency in using Microsoft Office Programs.
- The following shall bean added advantage;
i.) A Post Graduate degree in Pharmacognosy and/or Analytical Chemistry.
ii.) In addition, the candidate should be registered with Pharmaceutical Council of Nigeria (PCN).
Duration of Appointment:
- A single period of five (5) years non-renewable.
