We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Accountant / Administrative Officer
Location: Umuchu - Aguata Local Government Area, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Track the day to day financial transactions of the organization
- Process invoices,
- Records payments, and
- Track expenses
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Handle queries related to accounts.
- Cross-check expense with the corresponding invoice, to ensure that the billing is accurate.
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Act as the point of contact for all employees.
- Manage the front desk among others.
Qualifications
- HND / B.Sc in Accounting
- Proficiency in MS Excel is a MUST
- Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software will be an added advantage.
- Proven work experience as an Account Officer is also an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skill
