Job Title: Sales Associate - Digital Freight Forwarding
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- Ensure generation of high-value pipeline.
- Maximize sales penetration with each customer by selling the complete range of services.
- Visit and interact with potential customers to understand their needs; with the input of other teams offer customized solution that meets the customers’ requirements.
- Plan customer visits ahead and perform a minimum of 15 quality sales interactions weekly.
- Keep customer portfolio updated and expand customer base with new ones.
- Follow-up on sales to ensure deals are closed and payment made.
- Ensure timely response to customers and initiate corrective measures to issues arising. Be 100% focused on creating a best-in-class customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years work experience.
- Experience within the Shipping and Logistics industry is an added advantage.
