We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Optometrist
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Provide high-quality vision care to patients.
- Assess patients' eyes to identify vision defects, diseases, and injuries
- Perform routine eye inspection as required by patient's diagnosis
- Maintainpatient/client's medicalinformation, history and treatment plans
- Prescribe corrective lenses and medications.
- Promote eye health by teaching patients about proper eye care techniques
- Take responsibility for customer relationship, engagement and retention
Requirements
- Doctor of optometry (O.D.) Degree
- Must possess a valid practitioner's license (Optional for Interns & Corpers)
- Minimum of 1 year post NYSC experience for Licensed optometrist
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of eye-related disorders, conditions and treatment
- Customer service oriented with excellent analytical skills.
