Job Title: Builder / In-House Construction Carpenter

Location: Umuahia, Abia
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The ideal candidate, would be someone who has additional skills such as masonry, plumbing or general contracting experience.
• The person should also be able to supervise and oversee general contracting projects

Job Requirements

• Minimum of a Secondary Education with some trade school training in related field.
• 2 years minimum experience managing construction projects.
• Must be able to demonstrate practical experience in carpentry and construction.
• Ability to erect structures and support the maintenance of existing structures.
• Ability to accurately cost projects.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
