Job Title: Relationship Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers
- Build long-term relationships with clients and customers
- Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues
- Notify the sales team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities
- Become familiar with the competition to stay ahead of them
- Encourage high-sales and good customer service practices
- Help promote and maintain a positive company image.
Requirements and Qualifications
- B.Sc / BA in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field with at least one professional certification
- Mimimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the banking industry
- Vast understanding of the banking industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Background in customer service industry is a plus
- Must have skills for developing proposals, proper documentation and very good with computers and MS office.
