Fordeo Food Processing and Distribution Ventures, owners and operators of Breadish Bakery, a high quality driven industrial bakery located at Akoka, Yaba, Lagos, is currently recruiting an experienced and competent young man for the position below:

Job Description

• Prepare delicious and tasty meals that supersedes customers’ expectation and satisfaction.
• Provide meals at competitive prices and at reduced cost while eliminating shrinkage and at minimal wastage.
• Ensure that a high standard of (personal and professional) hygiene is maintained in the kitchen/production area before, during and after the production process.
• Assist to achieve departmental budgeted sales and profit targets.
• Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh.
• Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients.
• Bake, grill, steam, and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foods.
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping, seasoning, washing, and peeling).
• Taking orders from wait staff and delivering order in a timely manner.
• Ensures deliveries are stored in their proper place and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Handle and store ingredients and food properly
• Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages.
• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standard.
• Follow proper handling and right temperature of all food products.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification
• Minimum of 2 years experience.
