Job Title: Early Years / Nursery Teaching Assistant

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Teaching or classroom assistants support teachers by helping to supervise activities in the classroom, working with children on an individual, small group or whole class basis.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals and groups to help them learn.
• Support teachers in assessing the needs of individual children
• Observe, record and feedback information on pupil performance.
• Assist in creating materials for curriculum delivery and display boards
• Plan, lead and facilitate group activities
• Plan and lead one to one teaching and intervention
• Maintain positive relationships with families, allowing Teacher to address concerns to parents;

Education & Experience

• Only NCE holders are needed.
• A good knowledge of the Montessori Concept of Learning or Early Years Foundation Stage will be an added advantage.

Remuneration
N50,000 - N60,000 monthly.
