A Lagos based international Learning Centre established to promote quality professional education is recruiting to fill the positions of Part time and Full Time Researchers and Lecturers of:
- Law
- Banking
- Business Studies and Accountancy
- Media and Journalism
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Research, teaching and marking,
- Curriculum development, and generally assisting head of programmes.
- Assisting students with their studies and projects.
Selection Criteria:
- A Postgraduate qualification or equivalent with some relevant work experience in area of expertise. Lawyers do not need to have a postgraduate degree but they must have passed the bar exams.
- Ability to research and teach more than a subject is highly regarded
- Ability in, or potential for, teaching adults and young professionals.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in both written and oral communication and preparation of substantial reports and learning materials.
- Demonstrated strong teamwork skills and the ability to promote a cooperative culture amongst colleagues and students.
- A good clean and professional appearance is a must.
- To assist the selection committee with the selection process, applicants must address all the criteria listed in the Selection Criteria. Each selection criteria must be addressed separately.
- Applicants are requested to provide evidence of their ability to meet each criterion, using examples of previous experience wherever possible.
- Successful applicants will be invited for test and interview.
