Requirements
- BSc Degree or HND in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; Hospitality experience required from an accredited Institution
- 2 years experience in a related professional area
- Skilled in locating and responding to questions regarding merchandise and displaying in a neat manner
- Skilled in maintaining appropriate record Keeping, which includes Customer Records, Payment and Receivables Records
- Must have good communication skills, telephone manners using clear &professional language, appropriate etiquette
- Must have a good interpersonal and working relationship
- Must be ready to comply with quality assurance and standard Operations
- Must be ready to Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
