Job Title: Business Development Executive

Responsibilities
Primary responsibility is to evaluate, plan and coordinate the organization’s growth strategies by:
- Identifying appropriate consumer markets and devising effective plans to reach them.
- Planning promotional campaigns to build brand awareness of the organization and its services.
- Developing and executing sales and retention strategies for target markets and facility service.
- Identifying new business prospects and other medical-specific initiatives in order to enhance growth of the entity
- Initiating business affiliations with ancillary healthcare organizations by cultivating relationships and referrals with other physicians / consultants, healthcare and community organizations etc.
- Achieving quarterly sales goals by developing referrals from other healthcare organizations, corporate companies
- Managing, monitoring and implementing strategic marketing, communication campaigns, projects and initiatives for the organization.
Qualifications
- HND / BSc. + 2-3yrs post NYSC. Prior experience working in the Healthcare industry is a plus.
Salary
N45,000 - N100,000 / month. Fixed Basic + Commission
