We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Specialist

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• He/she is required to recruit and manage teams of sales representatives to achieve growth and hit sales targets.
• The candidate will also design and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the Sales Outsourcing industry.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess a good First Degree in related fields.
• A Master's Degree and/or membership of the relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
• The preferred candidate must have a background in Sales management and proven experience, especially in the FMCG industry.

Experience Desired:

• 3 - 6 years post-qualification experience, most of which must have been spent in Human Resources Management, Training, Sales, Marketing or Business Development positions.  
• Experience in Management Consulting will be an added advantage.
