Job Description
- A Paddy Sourcing Man looks for and buys paddy for the company’s rice processing and production. He or she also negotiates and reviews prices of paddy, checks quality and ensures that the paddy gets to the company Mills.
- The goal is to ensure that the Mills will always have adequate paddy that meets its requirements.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 5 - 10 years work experience.
