Our primary goal is to be the "go to" Quality Assurance & Software Testing company in East and West Africa while developing offshore resources to fill test automation positions (and other hard to find software testing capabilities) in the North America and European markets.

Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking for a Graphic Designer who will join our Digital Marketing and Communication team.
• This team member will be responsible for create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.

Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
• Design on-brand creative solutions for a variety of uses: websites, product graphics, email templates, social media graphics, brand campaigns, and photography
• Create various materials, such as product labels, brochures, Whitepapers etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that are creative, useful, and align with technical and brand standards
• Use the latest software and applications to design and develop digital solutions
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Create high-impact videos and visuals, and manage client content
• Schedule and manage content for company wide digital signage using our digital signage software
• Thorough testing and quality assurance of standard offering of digital signage templates
• Responsible for creating and updating static and motion graphic digital signage templates with new information.
• Should possess strong design sensibilities and technical skills to create new signage templates.
• Designing engaging content for digital signage experiences and implemented using content management software.

Requirements / Experience

• 4 - 5 years of experience in an advertising/marketing agency or a corporate communications/marketing role
• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Proficiency using design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc.)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Experience with any digital signage tools
• Knowledge of digital communications and/or digital media
• Knowledge and understanding of the digital media role within integrated communications
• Knowledge of marketing concepts, principles and integrated marketing communication theory and practice
• Experience with web content management systems
• Must be comfortable working both independently and as a team.
