Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media.
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
• Create required customized PPT’s for the team to use and creating specific ppt’s for targeted customers when needed.
• Be the first point of contacts for the leads generated and allocate it to the respective sales people.
• Ensure the photo records of all the existing/completed projects and arrange to create future marketing campaigns.
• Create email marketing campaign for promoting new products and providing updates and for cold calling.
• Organizing the exhibitions, collecting leads and being the first point of contact for them before passing them to the sales team
• Publishing and managing ads in various classified websites to generate more lead

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree, preferably but not necessarily in Marketing
• 2 - 5 years working in SEO, Social Media Marketing and basic Graphics Design in a data-driven marketing team.
