Job Title: Client Relationship Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Brief

• The Client Relationship Executive will capitalize on opportunities, formulate appropriate strategies for the expansion of the firm.

Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines .
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in any field.
• 1-2 years cognate experience as a Client Relationship Executive with sound understanding of fintech.
• Excellent team player.
• B2B Sales & Marketing skills.
• Experience in customer support is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven sales track record.
