Job Description
As the Director of Human Resourcesyou will create programs and events to foster a positive work environment for all employees and support and administer the employee satisfaction survey in conjunction with Corporate Human Resources. You will design and facilitate effective training and development programs for employees and coach managers to create and maintain a work environment with high morale and productivity. You will also conduct new employee orientation to familiarize employees with Company standards, policies, procedures, rules and other employee programs. He/She will participate in the preparation of the annual operating budget and financial plans which support the overall objectives of the hotel and promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences or it's equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills and experience managing projects and multiple deadlines.
- Ability to influence change
- High level of passion, enthusiasm and drive for results
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources/payroll systems and Nigerian labour law.
