We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Care Co-ordinator

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Position Summary

• Make outbound calls to clients
• Coordinate and implement medical case management to facilitate case closure.

Qualifications & Requirements

• B.Sc / HND / RN / BNSc
• Ability to speak 1 major Nigerian language (Igbo, Yoruba or Hausa) fluently is a prerequisite for the interview.
• Candidates with Call Centre/Outpatient experience will be an added advantage.
• Nurses are highly desirable and encouraged to apply.
