Job Description
- Ensure the operations of the bar runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Oversee food and beverage preparations as well as prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks when necessary.
- Assess customers' needs and preferences in order to make recommendations
- Plan and present bar menu; mix ingredients to prepare drinks on the menu.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Perform cash-up procedures after every shift
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Maintain food safety and health safety to meet legal and company requirements
- Staying up-to-date with trends in the industry and suggest ways to improve service delivery
