Job Title: Tractor Operator II
Location: Ibadan, Oyo State
Job Description
- Use tractor and implements to perform various field operation/tasks such as land preparation, application of agro-chemical harvesting and haulage of seed from field.
- Do minor repair on tractors and implement when necessary
- Ensure project tractor and implement are well maintained and clean.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor,
Qualification, Experience and Skills
OND Mechanic/Trade Test I, II and III, professional license to operate tractor (Class ‘E’) plus at least three (3) years experience in using tractor for various field operation in a research institute.
The ideal candidate must;
- Must have good eye sight
- Be able to work under pressure and be ready to work long hours and on weekends where necessary.
