SURE-P Trains 4000 Youths, Women in Bauchi

The Bauchi State government has trained 4000 youths and women to provide services at the local government level.

Speaking at the closing ceremony of the programme tagged, “Gender upliftment development agenda, Governor Isa Yuguda said his administration in the past six years empowered 127,041 youths and women.

Yuguda said the training which was under the Subsidy Reinvestment and Empowerment Programme (SURE-P) is to prepare youths and women for recruitment in spider web security, sanitary duties, entrepreneurial development and at the micro industry waste recycling plant.
