Job Description
- The Executive Chef will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for all food and pastry production, including that used for the club, banquet functions, and other special needs.
- He or she will develop menus and recipes and supervise the purchase of food items within approved budgets.
- In addition, he/she will maintain the highest possible professional food quality and sanitation standards.
Requirement
- The successful candidate would hold first degree or HND Certificate with a minimum of 10 years work experience as a Senior Chef in a hospitality business.
- The possession of an appropriate certificate from a reputable culinary institute would offer a distinct advantage.
