Job Description
- The General Manager will coordinate all aspects of the Club’s operations, including the preparation of food and beverages, the maintenance of the premises, the preparation of proper accounting records, the management of the Club’s finances and the delivery of excellent customer service to all users.
- In performing these roles, the incumbent will work with elected officials and Committees of the Club.
Requirement
- The successful candidate would hold first degree or HND Certificate with a minimum of 10 years work experience as a Senior Chef in a hospitality business.
- The possession of an appropriate certificate from a reputable culinary institute would offer a distinct advantage.
