We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Office Personnel / Consultant

Location: Abuja

Background

  • USP secured an office space in Abuja with the intention to transition the PQM+ office from Lagos to Abuja. The new leased office would require a Front Desk Representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the main entrance.
  • The Front Office Representative would be the face of USP PQM+ and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

Job Role

  • The front office representative will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests as they approach the front desk.
  • He/She would be customer/guest-oriented with a friendly mien, dealing with complaints and give accurate information about USP PQM+, answer all incoming calls and redirect them, and take messages.
  • Prevent indiscriminate access into the office space.

Key Responsibilities / Activities / Tasks

  • Greet and welcome guest to the USP PQM+ office.
  • Be the face of USP PQM+ and be responsible for the first impression
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them.
  • Support logistics operation by placing calls to various vendors (Hotels, Agencies, Travel Arrangements, Schedules etc)
  • Prepare out-going mails and receive incoming mails (packages, letters, etc)
  • Check, Sort, and forward mails
  • Monitor office supplies and request for replenishment
  • Answer questions and address complaints (if any)
  • Take up other duties as assigned.

Deliverables:

  • Weekly and monthly reports of visitors to the office
  • Weekly and monthly reports of complaints received and follow up actions
  • Other deliverables as requested.

Restrictions or Key Requirements

  • Must be resident in Abuja (FCT)
  • Should be able to speak the local dialect fluently.
