We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Lead / Mid Level SQL & NO-SQL Developer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Resumption Date: 6th or 13th of September 2021

Job Requirements

• 3+years of experience working with NO-SQLdatabase relationships such as MongoDB, PostGresDB, Redis, Azure CosmosDB, Casandra, CouchDB, RavenDB, and any other No-SQL DB worked on previously.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL Server databases developing and maintaining stored procedures, views, triggers, SQL jobs, ETLs, and functions.
• 3+ years experience in Complex Entity-Relationship Modeling and design.
• 3+ years experience in Database Normalization.
• 3+ years of experience with data warehouses, external interfaces, SQL queries, views, indexes, and advanced T-SQL stored procedures and functions.
• 3+ years of experience with monitoring and improving application performance from a database perspective, including modifying or creating tables, indexes, views, queries, and stored procedures
• 3+years’ Experience troubleshooting, researching, and addressing performance issues, corrupted data, and reports, service desk incidents
• Must have a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in working with SQL and NO-SQL on enterprise-level projects evidence.
• Must be an active and fast learner with a high level of focus.
• 3+years’ Experience with implementing and maintaining Configuration Management of Database Changes (CM)
• Must have a minimum of 3 years plus experience on:
  • Document databases
  • Key-value stores
  • Column-oriented databases
  • Graph databases

• Salary: N120,000 - increasing every 3 months to 6 months
• Gross Pay Structure from Year 1 to 5 years is N27,720,000.00

• Intensive Training Drilling to ensure you become Proficient in SQL & NO-SQL
• Profit-Sharing Giving to you from time to time as a founding member commencing from the end of 2022 yearly.
• Pension commences in year 2.
• The company will remit your tax for the next two years.
• The company supports continuous improvement, therefore will provide Books, Udemy, Pluralsight, Pack Publishing, OReilly, and LinkedIn Learning Account as well as courses for you to undergo
• Salary Paid on the Net without deductions.

• Salary Schedule for the next 5years.
• This is a big investment for us N27,720,000.00 lucky the person who gets it, therefore accepting to apply means you will be signing a bond to work with the company for the next 5years, it is an amazing journey because the majority of the time you will be traveling the world. It is for these reasons, we want to train you with experience to work on an amazing Enterprise Architecture Project. However, if you choose to leave at some point there will be a buyout clause to secure our investment, of which we do not want you to leave after imparting so much experience.

Notice: Please, if you do not have a minimum of actively 3 plus to 4 years experience in SQL ^ NO-SQL working on real-life Projects for companies do not bother to apply. We do not want personal projects to apply for it and we shall have a practical demonstration. We do not count years of experience with months when undergoing training rather after and commencing on live company projects.
