Job Title: Legal / Customer Service Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Primary Responsibilities
- Carry out company searches with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
- Carry out Legal research and documentation with CAC.
- Document verification and compliance checks.
- Ensure the development of service level agreements for service support and delivery.
- Assist in the development of guidelines, policies, procedures.
- Assist in the analysis and review of legal agreements, legislation, and documents for the Management.
- Monitor the maintenance of the registers and other records required to be maintained by the Company under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA).
- Carry out assigned customer service and administrative duties.
Qualifications
- B.L, LL. B (Hons)
- Minimum of one-year corporate experience preferably in a client-facing role.
