Responsibilities
- Prepares weekly and monthly HR report.
- Staff appraisal and evaluation of employees.
- Interpretation and implementation of HR policies.
- Assisting in employee recruitment processes.
Qualifications and Requirements
- B.Sc Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations or its equivalent.
- HR Generalist with 3 years port NYSC experience in a well structured Organization.
- Sound Communication Skills,
- Verbal and written.
- Applicants must have passed out with a minimum of 2.2 or Upper credit in a recognized institution.
