We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Team Lead - Retail Supermarket

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Must have lead and manage a team before.
• Assisting with the selling of our supermarket productsand assisting to maximize sales.
• Stocking shelves, setting up displays, ringing up merchandise and sales, and performing cleaning duties.
• Providing sales staff with constructive feedback and assisting staff to solve customers' problems.
• Maintaining positive customer relations.
• Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff.
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
• Solving customer complaints and answering customers' questions.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of the team.
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
• Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
• Writing reports for senior managers.
• Previous exprience working in a supermarket will be an added advantage.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND qualification with at least 3 years work experience.

Salary
Very Attractive + HMO + Pension
