Job Description
- Record new client information into the system
- Follow-up on customer inquiries and handle questions regarding orders, shipments, and invoices, returns
- Respond to calls, emails, whatsapp chats
- Resolve customer complaints
- Ability to demonstrate empathetic behavior
- Customer retention
- Provide report to management.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Smart and courteous
- Ability to use Emails, MS office suite
- Can speak Efik and English fluently (Very Important)
- Proven experience in customer service role
- Applicant must be resident in Calabar.
