Job Title: Customer Service / Social Media Personnel

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Customer Service Executive will work to serve existing and potential customers by providing product and service information while resolving inquiries smoothly through offline & online channels.

Job Description
What’s Expected:

  • Place and answer calls in a timely manner while following laid down procedures, guidelines, policies
  • Resolve product or service queries by identifying customer needs, clarifying the information
  • Conduct product and service quality surveys with customers and record feedback from time to time;
  • Generate leads for the sales team by screening callers and identifying potential sales opportunities
  • Handles the social media pages of the brands
  • Provide relevant replies to followers online, and convert them to paying customers
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Minimum of  OND qualification
  • 2 years work experience
  • Good communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Basic Microsoft- Excel skills
  • Social media savvy
  • Must reside within areas close to Adura bus stop, Lagos - Abeokuta Expressway. Ifako Ijaiye.
