Job Summary
- The Customer Service Executive will work to serve existing and potential customers by providing product and service information while resolving inquiries smoothly through offline & online channels.
Job Description
What’s Expected:
- Place and answer calls in a timely manner while following laid down procedures, guidelines, policies
- Resolve product or service queries by identifying customer needs, clarifying the information
- Conduct product and service quality surveys with customers and record feedback from time to time;
- Generate leads for the sales team by screening callers and identifying potential sales opportunities
- Handles the social media pages of the brands
- Provide relevant replies to followers online, and convert them to paying customers
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum of OND qualification
- 2 years work experience
- Good communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic Microsoft- Excel skills
- Social media savvy
- Must reside within areas close to Adura bus stop, Lagos - Abeokuta Expressway. Ifako Ijaiye.
