We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Consumer & Merchandising

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Duties

• Ensure all new business/product to be deployed have a well-thought-out service design, documented and operationalized. All stakeholders are well informed.
• Monitor transaction trends to identify uptime patterns and engage internal stakeholders to fix any channel uptime challenges to optimize and reduce service failures.
• The merchant/partner total experience during go-to-market deployment should be well planned and seamless. Achieving first time success.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification of B.Sc / HND from a recognized institution.
• 5 - 8 Years of Experience and a minimum of 2 years in the same capacity.
• Must have relevant experience in International Remittance Business.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in related role in a Fintech Company.
