Eagle global market is an award winning online brokerage firm, we deal in forex, indices and commodities. We provide three major platforms to access and trade the global market through our three (3) major platforms. We are looking to increase the volume of our sales team and the quality in search.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Manage organizational sales by developing a sales strategy to close deals, and increase revenue
- Manage client's portfolio to ensure long-term success and repeated transactions
- Maintain positive relationships and liaise with other clients on application status.
- Maintain and grow a strong client base.
- Find new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline for future deals.
- Respond to new and current client base regarding complaints and enquiries.
- Be a "brand ambassador" that represents the company's brand and values
- Promoting organizational platform, products, resolve queries and handle objections strategically during course of sales.
- Understanding our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Gain and continuously improve on product knowledge.
- Enter all details related to individual clients on the customer relationship management application to keep track on deals.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
- 1-4 years work experience.
- A highly ambitious and self motivated sales person.
- Exceptionally intelligent person who is quick on his feet and has a bubbling personality.
- A natural salesman who is loud and full of energy
- Potential staff who has the ability to easily build and create rapport
- A very quick learner
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
