We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Station Chef

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

• There are multiple station chefs, with multiple tasks within each station. Each one is responsible for a different section of the kitchen. This makes kitchen operations much more productive and helps to coordinate large quantities of meals at busy times.

Responsibilities
Station Chef 1: Roast Chef:

• This chef is responsible for roast meats and appropriate sauces, sautéing foods and
• creating sauces and gravies that accompany other dishes.

Station Chef 2: Grill Chef:

• These chefs is the king or queenof all things grilled.

Station Chef 3: Fry Chef/Pantry Chef:

• Specializes in, fried food items, cold dishes such as salads.

Minimum Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification.
• Previous experience at a fast-food restaurant is preferred.
• The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Dependable and reliable.
