Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Markudi, Benue
Employment Type: Contract
Job Description
- Will take responsibility for project activities.
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategies, adjustments, and progress
- Manage Case managers, community volunteers and counselor testers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables accordingly.
- Utilize best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Reports to the Program Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Demography, Sociology or Psychology.
- 5 - 7 years of project management and related experience
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Strong familiarity with project management, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
- Excellent analytical skills and team work spirit.
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and time.
