Life Link Organisation (LLO) is one of the leading non-governmental public health organizations implementing programmes in Reproductive Health and the provision of comprehensive HIV&AIDS sevices which includes prevention and treatment in Lagos and Benue states of Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Markudi, Benue
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

  • Will take responsibility for project activities.
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategies, adjustments, and progress
  • Manage Case managers, community volunteers and counselor testers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables accordingly.
  • Utilize best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Reports to the Program Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Demography, Sociology or Psychology.
  • 5 - 7 years of project management and related experience
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Strong familiarity with project management, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
  • Excellent analytical skills and team work spirit.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and time.
