The Resource Haven - Our client, a Food Services Business located in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, is recruiting a qualified candidate for its business operations in the capacity below:

Job Title: Food Service Executive

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
The selected candidate will need to:

• Welcome customers and help determine their orders.
• Process customer orders and record them in the restaurant database.
• Relay customers’ orders to the kitchen staff.
• Ensure all orders are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.
• Accept payments and issue receipts
• Place food orders in the appropriate bags and boxes.
• Respond to customer inquiries, issue receipts, and record customer suggestions.
• Clean and arrange eating, service, and kitchen spaces.
• Help kitchen staff when needed.

Requirements

• Past experience in a food business is ideal but not compulsory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good attention to detail and very good organisational skills required
• Must be willing to resume immediately if selected.
