Job Title: Engineering Supervisor

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Department: Operations
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Supervises the renovation of stores and warehouse using light gauge steel joist and gypsum finishing, ensuring effective management of budgets and project resources.
• Compiling project specification, supervising tendering procedures, & maintenance of facilities belonging to the company.
• Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site supervision and using a range of computer software to develop detailed technical drawings & designs for projects in line with standard and approval from reporting line & HQ design team,
• Prepares program schedule and supervises all renovation project for the company.
• And all other job responsibility assigned by line Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Sc / B.Eng. Civil or Structural Engineering or any other related /similar discipline.
• 4+ years experience in or a similar role.

• Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities
