Job Title: Light Technician

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Create,implement,and fabricate lighting, and special effects for productions with a priority on health and safety.
• FunctionasLightingChiefforallexternalproductioncrewsandcoordinate with production managers during all rehearsals.
• Function as Electrical and Safety Officer to ensure strict compliance with industry regulations and conduct a regular risk assessment.
• Provide expertise in the ordering of stage light equipment and supplies
• Perform regular inventory control of all lighting equipment
• Plan,organize and implement the maintenance, repairs, and operations of performance-related equipment at the facility, including lights and lighting console, video projector, special effects equipment, rigging system, and other related technical systems used during events, rehearsals,and performances
• Properly program lighting equipment, rigging controls and other technical systems in advance for events, performances, and productions.
