Job Summary

• To oversee the Business Development, Micro Pension, and Investment functions of the business.

Requirements

• First Degree or its equivalent in a numerate or semi-numerate discipline such as Actuarial Sciences, Accounting, Economics, Banking and Finance, Insurance, Law, Business Studies and/or any other acceptable professional qualification.
• Minimum of 12 years post qualification experience of which at least 10 years must have been in the financial sector and 6 years in top/senior management positions
• Capable of stimulating quality performance and sustainable growth for the company
• Must have a good understanding of the Nigerian financial markets and the Pension Industry particular
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Good leadership qualities and people management skills.
