Location: Lagos
Job Description:
- Use industry knowledge to build an understanding of competitive positioning, our value proposition for buyers and sellers, and dynamics within the vertical
- Drive performance of Kaymu sellers through shop consultation, strong customer service and negotiation of deals
- Management and optimization of seller performance on the platform
- Analysis of market trends and an ability to benchmark price points across multiple categories from both online and offline competitors
- Clear communication and understanding of the value proposition of selling online
- Strong focus on the importance of best-in-class Customer Service
- Management and development of a retailer management tool
- Regular reporting and focus on key KPIs to ensure quick results and personal development
- Act as liaison with different sales departments and provide seller and competitor consultation as required
Profile requirements
- Highly motivated and able to demonstrate strong academic and professional experience
- 2+ years sales experience preferable
- Strong communication skills and confident disposition, team player
- Ability to thrive in a high energy, dynamic environment
- Analytical ability
- Proficiency in use of MS Office tools (especially excel)
- Previous experience in retail/consumer industries preferred
- Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently exceed objectives
