Job Summary
- Our client is in need of an engineering graduate who has experience in Plumbing, electrical, air-conditioning, tiling, and skills for non-industrial applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on work experience in the skill or training experience in the skill.
Responsibilities
- Define the products and services which can be offered on the app.
- Define the price brands for the product and services
- Validate the service providers data prior to onboard them on the app.
- Validate skills of students that go through the skill training
- Assist marketing in reaching out to other handymen in the category
- Conduct / supervise handymen induction and onboarding
- Review technical aspects of the customer complaints and resolve the same.
Requirements
- B.Eng. Degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Facility Management Company
