Transsion Holdings, the company formerly known as TECNO TELECOM LIMITED, established in July 2006, is a high-tech company specializing in the R&D, production, sale and service of mobile communication products. After years of development, Transsion has become an important part of the mobile phone industry and one of the major mobile phone manufacturers in the world. Currently, it has full ownership of three famous mobile phone brands TECNO, itel and Infinix, and an after-sales service brand Carlcare.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: E-Commerce Supervisor

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for mobile phone sales on Jumia and Konga and other e-commerce platforms, better knowledge about the rules and operational regulations of the platforms;
• Familiar with the logic of e-commerce, conduct effective promotion plans to solve daily & campaign sales, and keep closely to marketing team to get special supports like traffic gifts, etc to boost sales.
• Develop incentive policy to increase sell-in & sell-out, understand brand sales patterns;
• Output and update catchy creations to highlight brand image and awareness;
• Better skill in negotiations;
• Good sense of aesthetics.

Experience, Qualifications, Competencies and Attributes

• Male or Female 
• 25-45 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• 2 years in the sales industry, better in E-commerce industry.
• Good project management and control of details;
• Excellent presentation skills and use of Microsoft package.
