Overview
- As a multi-level marketing business, the job holder will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the business growth strategy, networks and operations to create a productive and cost-effective business.
Job Responsibilities
- Formulate business/product development strategy and market penetration/expansion strategies for fast sales growth
- Direct the execution of marketing strategies and programs to increase network base
- Lead, motivate, develop and manage all staff to set targets and perform to the fullest of their capacity and capability to achieve the highest sales and profitability for the company
- Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics
- Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements
- Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
- Developing and implementing business growth strategies and plans
- Direct the execution of marketing strategies and programs to increase network base
Job Requirements
- MBA / M.Sc Degree
- 7-10 years proven experience in a managerial position preferably in a multi-level marketing, Direct Sales or FMCG company.
- Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing the vision of a multi-level marketing company
- Must have experience working in a multi-level marketing company as a staff.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
- Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and public speaking.
