Proten International is an international Human Capital Development firm that offers a wide range of Training, Coaching and Consulting services to individuals, small businesses and corporate and governmental organisations. Our client base spreads across Europe and Africa with head offices in London, United Kingdom and Lagos, Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Locations: Lagos, Ibadan - Oyo, Ondo, Kano, Kaduna, Abuja, Imo and Enugu.
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales executives
• Ensure team hits daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Ensure team hits at least aminimum of 80% of their monthly target.
• Perform all duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc / HND/ OND qualification.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in similar role.
• Experience in the Fintech Industry is an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed target.
• Must have experience in selling service.
• Available for immediate resumption.

Salary
N60,000 / Month (dependent on performance) + HMO, Pension and Other benefits
