Job Title: Online Marketing (Social Media) Specialist
Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Develop Brand activation plans on weekly and monthly biases.
- Conduct online Marketing campaigns activities
- Promote company’s products online.
- Monitor all online sales activities.
- Overall Brand content Management.
- Develop campaigns and Marketing strategies.
- Respond to customer reviews
- Develop story board for Bumper Ads/Video Pops/other GIF format in YouTube, Instagram & Social Media Platforms.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentation weekly and monthly on Brand growth and performance across social media platforms.
- Optimize company pages within each social media platform..
- Ensure all customers inquires are promptly addressed.
Qualification/Skills
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 3 years work experience.
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
